In 2007 we formed the Serfe soccer team with the members of the company. We did not went wrong, because even though the team was a rookie in these competitions, we achieved a well deserved 5th place in the competition.
With these activities, we foster fellowship and team spirit, which is reflected in our daily work.

The project “Certification of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 of the Software Companies in the city of Santa Fe and the region” was initiated in the Meeting Room of the Board of the National Technological University, Santa Fe.

In the project will work together UTN and 10 companies in the region, and will have partial funding from the Government of the Province of Santa Fe, through the Ministry of Technology.

Among the objectives, seek to implement and certify the quality of production and service processes of  the companies involved to the project and improving them continuously. Building a partnership swap of  experiences and skills enhancement about quality in production and services software processes, and increase Software Industry in the Province of Santa Fe, with demonstrable ability to develop quality products exported to other markets.

Following our training program, last November we attended the course “Software Requirements, Concepts and Practices for Agile Teams” delivered by Mr. Luiz Parzianello and organized by the Foundation for the development of new technologies.

Its objective was to develop basic skills necessary to capture, analyze, specify and validate a Product Backlog (requirements) effective preserving agile principles and practices. These where the main topics:

• Present the risks of decision-making process of the human mind and its influence on software requirements.
• Submit an effective way of identifying the scope of software project based on business analysis and project.
• Present models and effective practices for working with requirements in agile methodologies with techniques for estimating the size of the problem.
• Develop an awareness of Planning and Production Control (PCP) for the management of requirements based on concepts and practices of inventory control.

Of course that also took the opportunity to take a walk in the hills of Cordoba.

The last October 12th was our anniversary that`s why the last Friday we prepare an Asado to celebrate our first 6 years of our company. Years of a lot of work and effort, new challenges and projects, of new opportunities, but also of strengthening, achievement and consolidations.

Thanks to everyone that trust us and make this possible.  It would be no fun without you.

In 2008 we participated in the second tournament organized by software companies in the region. In this occasion we get 6th place in the competition.

From Serfe we are always supporting and encouraging collective activities in order to improve team work. That is the philosophy of Serfe, a group that moves together towards a common goal giving the best of each.

2008 was very important for us as it was the year when we opened our first offices. This great step prompted us to continue to grow and provide our clients higher quality and better support. This would not have been possible without the hard work and effort of the entire team of Serfe.

In 2008 and 2009 we enjoyed the first offices of the company, but with the enormous growth we were having us we had to move to a larger office with more resources. It was a awesome year for us and we wanted to say goodbye to our first offices as deserved.

We began our first year in the new offices, but there is still work to do. The new location has wider and spacious resting area and offices allowing us to provide better service to our customers.

Each year, in October, we celebrate our anniversary and this time it couldn’t get any better. After a year of hard work and new challenges, it was time for the crew to begin with the arrangements for the company’s 7th anniversary. The result was a wonderful barbecue dinner in a relaxing evening. 

With the offices completely finished for the enjoyment and comfort of the team and customers, we began another year of growth. All with a continuous technical enrichment to bring our customers the latest and most comprehensive tools and technologies.
